Hello guys! How have you been? I have always thought that, when trying to discover a brand, it is always nice to get a gift set that includes different products. Often, one brand can have one product that you hate and one that you love. So when trying to give a fair trial, you should always try more than one product. Here today I have a set from Crabtree and Evelyn, which included 5 products for $30. However, I paid $10 for this one since I got it during the summer sales in the US!
Coucou tout le monde! Comment allez vous? J'ai toujours trouvé que, quand on essaye de découvrir une marque, c'est toujours intéressant d'acheter des coffrets . Souvent, une marque peut avoir un produit qu'on adore et un autre qu'on déteste. Donc, quand on essaye d'évaluer une marque de façon juste, il faudrait toujours essayer plus qu'un de ses produits. Ici, aujourd'hui, je vous présente un coffret de la marque Crabtree and Evelyn, qui inclut 5 produits pour un prix de $30. Cependant, moi j'en ai payé que $10 grâce aux soldes de l'été aux States!
The products:
- Body creams:
Great consistency, in the middle of a body lotion and body butter.
Easy to distribute all over the body.
The scent lasted for a few hours.
Nice hydration, without being too moisturizing.
Body cream with Lemon and Coriander: Great scent, very refreshing for summer or spring time. It is not at all over powering nor does it feel fake. You cannot smell at all the coriander.
Body cream with Iris and Coriander: Great scent as well, more floral so more interesting for autumn months I feel. Just like the Lemon one, you cannot notice at all the coriander.
Les produits:
- Crèmes pour le corps:
Une très bonne consistence, entre une lotion pour le corps et un beurre corporel.
Très facile à étaler partout dans le corps.
Le parfum durait sur mon corps même après application et ce pendant quelques heures.
Très bonne hydratation, sans en être trop lourde.
Crème pour le corps au Citron et à la Coriandre: Un très bon parfum, très réfréchissant pour l'été ou le printemps. Ce n'est pas fort au point qu'on le sent trop ou qui sent comme du faux citron. Ce qui est bien aussi c'est qu'on ne peut pas du tout sentir l'odeur du coriandre!
Crème pour les corps à l'Iris et à la Coriandre: Un bon parfum aussi, très floral donc plus pertient pour les mois d'aumne. Tout comme la crème de citron, on ne peut pas sentir la coriandre!
- Hand lotions:
The hand creams were moisturizing without being greasy.
They sank into the skin very fast, so you could start using your hands after a few minutes.
I didn't notice any difference between the two hand creams regarding their hydrating results.
The Gardener's hand cream: A very nice and relaxing scent, a bit minty.
The Rose Hand Cream: Very rose scented (something I like as you can see by the empty bottle). If you don't usually like the smell of roses, this product might be too strong for you.
- The Hand Exfoliator:
I must that I never use hand exfoliator nor am I interested in investing in such a product. Since it was a nice, soft exfoliation, I started using this in my upper body.
Very nice exfoliation, without irritating the skin and it washes off easily.
The Gardener's Hand Recovery: smells like macadamia oil, so I LOVE the scent. Very nice for autumn/winter.
Overall:
I am very impressed with this brand. Great products, with nice scents and great results. I would advice you to check out their website since they always have so many gift sets! - Lotions pour les mains:
Ces crèmes étaient très hydratantes sans devenir grasses.
Elles s'absorbent rapidement donc vous pouvez continuer à utiliser vos mains après quelques minutes.
Je n'ai pas répéré une différence entre l'hydratation de deux types de crèmes.
Crème pour les mains Gardener: a un parfum très bon et relaxant, on sent un peu comme de la mente.
Crème pour les mains à la Rose: On sent beaucoup la rose (quelque chose que j'aime bien comme vous pouvez le voir puisque j'ai complètement fini le flacon). Si vous n'aimez pas trop ce type de parfum, alors la crème sera trop forte pour vous.
- Exfoliant pour les mains:
Je dois vous avouer que je n'utilise jamais de l'exfoliant pour les mais ni je compte investir mon argent dans ce type de produit. Comme c'est un exfoliant doux, j'ai opté de l'appliquer au niveau de mes bras.
C'est une parfait exfoliation, sans irriter la peau et part facilement avec de l'eau.
Récupération des mains Gardener: on sent l'huile de Macadamia, donc j'ADORE cette odeur. Je la trouve très bien pour l'automne ou l'hiver.
- Aperçu:
Je suis très impressionée par cette marque. Les produits sont excellents, avec des bons parfums et très efficaces. Je vous conseille d'aller voir le site Feelunique, qui vous offre plein de produits de la marque sans devoir payer la livraison! Je vous ai mis le lien pour les produits en taille voyage puisqu'ils sont plus accessibles que certains des coffrets qu'ils offrent! Mais n'hésitez pas à aller vérifier s'il y a un coffret qui vous plaît ici. C'est très amusant de tester plein de parfums tous très bons! Maintenant, j'ai hâte d'essayer leur gels de douche!
